Our 200-hour is a Yoga Alliance Certification in “Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurveda Therapy”. We offer this program in two different formats:

• 20-day INTENSIVE $2,169.00.

• One on One / Private format (we work with your schedule) $6,030.00

You will spend the full 200 hours with instructors, not just 180 as in Yoga Alliance requirements.

We offer one of the most thorough and comprehensive Teacher Training programs for aspiring teachers. This program is not intended to simply enhance your own practice, it is specifically designed to make you a professional yoga teacher. Unlike other 200-hour certifications you will start teaching from day 2.

What makes us different

We interviewed numerous yoga teachers who received certifications through different yoga teacher training schools. We asked them what they would have wanted to see more of in their training. This is why we added the following criteria to our training:

We limit our classes to nine people. This guarantees you the one on one experience.

We do not spend time improving your personal practice. The time is spent making sure you understand how to teach.

You will teach classes to the instructors, your classmates and individuals off the street that range from beginners to advanced. You will then get immediate feedback on how to improve your teaching.

Our teachers are experts in their field. The information is brought to you from many different perspectives including Fitness, Ayurveda and Spirituality to name a few.

Our philosophy is that all yoga is good. Just as Krishnamacharya taught his students, Pattabhi Jois, BKS Iyengar, Indra Devi and T.K.V Desikachar, different styles suited to the uniqueness of the individual, you will learn how to choose what style is best for your clients. You will further learn how to make yoga appealing and beneficial to everyone whether in a group setting or private.

Our goal is that you bring your own goal into fruition. Whether you want to teach in a gym, be an independent yoga instructor or own your own studio, you will be given the tools to succeed.

We follow all Yoga Alliance Criteria and then go above and beyond.

In order for you to receive individual attention we limit our class size to 9 students.

Since we believe that yoga and ayurveda are every one’s birthright our tuition is only $2,169.00.

Application
Submit your teacher training application with deposit of $500.00.

There are no refunds on deposits once your application is approved for our training (no exceptions).

Full payment is due two weeks prior to start of the training. All payments are non-refundable. If we cancel the program you will receive a full refund.
