
SUP AND YOGA CLASSES
The FUNNEST fitness out! Yoga and stand up paddle boarding just seem to go together. The extra balance required by being on the water intensifies your yoga practice. The peacefulness of floating on the water while practicing yoga is meditative, challenging and fun.
The class is approximately an hour and a half. Become a Stand Up Paddle Tampa Bay Club member. Club membership is free!

The packages can be used interchangeably with the “Sandy Feet SUP & Meditation™” and “Sandy Feet SUP Core™” classes only.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Once a reservation is made, 24 hours notice must be given or your card will be charged for the trip. No exception to this rule. You will not be charged for our cancellations due to weather, water conditions, etc. Since cancellations are possible – it is advisable to contact us if you are in doubt.
