What is the Primal Yoga BootCamp?
- It is a series that will take your fitness, metabolism and vitality to new levels.
- The classes are designed by a Navy Seal and SWAT trained Yoga and Fitness Master Trainer. They are a military experience with an OM touch.

- We target all 6 pillars of health and fitness in each class: Strength, Endurance, Balance, Speed, Agility & Mobility.
- Due to the high intensity, your body ends up burning fat for up to 36 hours afterwards.
- We bring in non-conventional poses to challenge the body in its natural movement.
- We also incorporate our style of joint-based training, dynamic restorative training and myofascial release in order to strengthen and mobilize your major joints, spine, hips and shoulders.
- Every Primal Bootcamp Series is specifically designed to equally challenge both the new clients and our veteran clients.
- To support muscle confusion physically and mentally, every Primal Bootcamp Series emphasizes a new approach to training.

- Unlimited pass to our drop-in group classes for only an additional $39.00.
