We have been practicing yoga and have been involved in water activities for over 30 years. We have been canoeing, surfing, scuba diving, kayaking, racing sailboats, manahauls and catamarans. But we have not seen anything more appealing to yogis than stand up paddle boarding. As we sat outside our yoga studio yesterday, we noticed car after car with a paddleboard on its roof pull up and go to class.
