Tim Ganley, Owner and Fitness Director of the Strength and Movement Institute developed Strength & Movement Fitness™/Strength & Movement Training™ because he wants being fit to become a priority for everyone. Tim was incorporating “core” and “functional” exercises before the ideas were introduced to the world. His revolutionary series of progressive resistance movements increases strength, builds stamina and improves flexibility.
What Strength & Movement Does:
• Provides an integrated approach to strength training. Our programs focusing on exercising the whole body together instead of working muscles in isolation as with conventional strength training. We multi-task your muscles.

Strength & Movement Basic
Tim has been released from the cage of traditional strength training. This 30 minute course will focus on muscle confusion, and simultaneous movement of multiple muscle groups. Your body will not be able to understand how it became so strong with little to no weights.
Strength & Movement Advanced
After you have finished the “Basic” it is time to move on to constant movement. No breaks, no stopping, no resting for 30 minutes. Almost every movement you do will consist of multiple muscle groups being worked. Lunging presses, squatting rows, and one-legged military presses are just a tiny taste of what will happen to you. This training will stand above all other.
