Mats cost $1 rental and towels $4 rental each. Every student is required to have 1 mat and 2 large towels, no exceptions.

T60 is a 60-minute up-skilled core movement class that will make you an athlete in the game of life. Our core training involves challenging the body through basic movement patterns instead of isolating single muscles in an exercise. We use strategic movements to create a powerful and sleek core for optimum efficiency. The room is heated to 100F-105F. You are required to bring two towels to participate in this class.
M60 is a 60-minute up-skilled flow movement class. It allows you to build magnificent momentum and heat and learn to move through life in an effortless, seamless manner. Moves you out of your head and into your body, in the present moment, encouraging meditation in motion. It will bring you into a physical and mental state of high performance. The room is heated to 100F-105F. You are required to bring two towels to participate in this class.
Power Yin is a 60-minute up-skilled yin class. It targets the lower back (lumbar and sacral area), the pelvic girdle, the hip joints and the knees in order to create strength, mobility and agility. This class is an athlete’s best friend, so whether you are a weekend warrior or an elite athlete, you will want to be in this class weekly. The room is heated to 100F-105F. You are required to bring two towels to participate in this class.
Tabatasana (Zombie Apocalypse Training)
Tabatasana is a 60-minute class of unstoppable strength, endurance and mobility. This class is your “bulletproof” class. If you can successfully complete it, you are on your way to becoming mentally and physically “bulletproof”. The room is heated to about 95F. You are required to bring two towels to participate in this class.
