Strength & Movement Basic

Tim has been released from the cage of traditional strength training. This 30 minute course will focus on muscle confusion, and simultaneous movement of multiple muscle groups. Your body will not be able to understand how it became so strong with little to no weights.

Strength & Movement Advanced

After you have finished the "Basic" it is time to move on to constant movement. No breaks, no stopping, no resting for 30 minutes. Almost every movement you do will consist of multiple muscle groups being worked. Lunging presses, squatting rows, and one-legged military presses are just a tiny taste of what will happen to you. This training will stand above all other.
