MOLLY'S HEALTH AND WELLNESS PATH
In 2008, Molly pursued her passion for health and fitness at the University of Florida to receive her BS in Health Education & Behavior.
Post-college, while working as a personal trainer in Tampa, Molly attended a hot yoga class and was amazed at how great she felt after. The class was not only a great workout but also left her mind feeling clearer and her body feeling as though she had just had a massage. Yoga was unlike anything she had ever done before. She started practicing as much as she could and decided she wanted to share the wonderful practice of yoga with others so they could feel the benefits as well.
Molly studied with Tim Ganley and Sylvie Binga of the Yoga Energy Studio in 2010, to deepen her knowledge and understanding of yoga and received her 200-hr RYT certification in Yoga and Ayurveda Therapy. Shortly after, she received her A.S. degree in Physical Therapy Assisting in 2012 and now works in hospital in-patient care and acute rehabilitation.
She combines her extensive fitness background, her knowledge of the body, and methods of injury prevention to modify poses appropriately to create fun, safe, and effective routines.
